Meditation/activation to open 3rd-eye and heighten clarity to receive. In-between classes -- Participants encouraged to practice automatic writing each day in journal. 2nd class – Opportunity to share messages received through daily journal practice of previous week. Meditation/activation and in-class automatic writing opportunity to connect with one’s Galactic collective/family
