Each week we will dip our toes into a different Source of energies. Week 1 + Connect with various consciousness within our physical body. You will learn how to ‘scan your body’ and recognize areas calling out for your attention. And then, we will let them speak to us. Week 2 + Animal communication. You will learn various techniques for connecting with animals, including asking/receiving their permission, and practice in real time receiving messages. If you are a pet parent/guardian, you will be invited to bring a picture of a pet/animal you are familiar with. Your feedback or insights into any messages received from your pet will serve as strong validation and confirmation for the group. Week 3 + Mediumship. You will learn various methods for opening and attuning to energies from family/friends/ancestors on ‘the other side’. We will spend time both receiving messages intended for ourselves personally, as well as have opportunities to channel any loved ones that desire to step forward for each other. These interactive activities will be presented in ways that are totally optional and will allow for you to simply be an observer and holding sacred space, depending on your comfort level. Week 4 + Pre-birth soul experience. I will guide you in a contemplative meditation in which you may connect with your Soul/Oversoul prior to your incarnation. From that place and space… we release all expectation and pre-conceived (no pun intended) notions of what information that desires to come through. Week 5 + Galactic Family.
